Lofts Condominiums

Having recently moved into the construction phase, this downtown condominium building is planned for 46 loft units, including a mix of studios, several one-bedroom and two-bedroom configurations. Units will boast high ceilings, window views, balconies and open concept kitchen and living space. Current plans include 19 parking stalls on the main floor, along with community and fitness rooms. Resident’s will also be able to lease parking spots in the West River’s Edge Parking Ramp.
