HMA has completed a number of predesign documents for private and public agencies including; MnSCU, State of Minnesota and the Minnesota Department of Corrections. We take the process of developing detailed and accurate predesign documents seriously. We understand how important it is to establish programming data that is detailed and objective yet allows for creativity and flexibility in design as the process moves to schematic design.
