Grandview Estates

The Grandview Estates are unique. A Planned Unit Development agreement negotiated with the City allowed for a 4 story building with parking at the main level of the building. The apartment unit designs are varied and offer a number of amenities including views to the adjacent woodlands and Sauk River. The complex features many common space amenities including: a pool, fitness area, library, community room, racquetball court, and movie theatre. The project has been extremely successful and maintains very high occupancy rates.
