Sartell Pediatrics Clinic

The Sartell Pediatrics Clinic was a major remodeling of an existing building that was once a branch bank, office, and bar. HMA's creative approach to re-purposing the space while utilizing as much of the exterior and infrastructure as possible was key to the success of the completed project. HMA also completed an addition in 2016. The addition features 3327 SF of additional lobby space, five additional exam rooms, added nurse stations, an added conference room, and an expanded lab. The exterior compliments the existing structure using stone, EIFS siding and glass. The warm interior continues through the addition, creating an inviting space for children and their families.
