River's Edge Convention Center

The St. Cloud River's Edge Convention Center was an addition to the existing facility that was originally completed in 1988. The new addition and remodeling was a significant change to the existing facility and downtown setting. Large expanses of glass open the facility and activities to the streetscape and provide abundant natural light to the lobby and prefunction space. The new addition was over 85,000 SF and included dividable trade show rooms, services areas, lobbies and other support spaces. The master plan includes a new parking ramp and skyway; the parking ramp is currently under construction.
