Lake George Performance Shelter

HMA Architects provided pro bono services for the design of the Lake George Performance Shelter, built for the intent of facilitating the popular "Summertime by George" concerts held weekly at Lake George during summer months. The shelter includes a 40x60 foot performance stage, mimicing the look of a water craft through the curved wood beams and decking. The granite columns that support the roof structure are used in other structures around the Lake George area. The performance stage and shelter has been a big hit, so to speak, with the bands and the community alike.
