Causeway on Gull

The Causeway on Gull is unique project that provides owners with an option to buy a lake home on a fractional basis. These two-story with walk-out town-homes are shared between multiple owners. An association takes of all the maintenance concerns while the owners relax and take advantage of a hard earned vacation. Flexibility was important in the arrangement of space as was the interior design where "common appeal" was important.
