Broadway Courts Apartments

The Broadway Courts Apartments and Retail Complex is a mixed use project located in downtown Robbinsdale, MN. The project includes 80 senior housing units with a mix of retail shops that are accessible from within the complex as well as Main Street. The complex features a variety of senior housing unit types as well as on-site amenities including: community room, library, nurse’s office, hair salon and underground parking. The complex fits nicely into a very tight downtown site.
