| Master Planning is a design
service that is strongly related to programming work. What is
important to realize is Master Planning goes beyond the analysis
of current program or facility needs and visions to facility
needs ten, twenty or fifty years in the future. There are many questions
that need
to be answered in order for the building to be successful. How will the project be phased? Will we need additional land? Could we add additional floors to the structure later on? How might building codes or the zoning ordinance affect future projects? These and many other questions are identified, studied and tested so that the planning process is comprehensive, not short sighted. |
