HMA will provide
construction
administration services as part of Basic Architectural Services which
includes construction reviews and reports. We also provide independent
observation services to a variety of clients involved in
commercial real estate. Most notably is our work with US Bank
providing inspection services on commercially funded projects.
Most of the projects are multi-family housing projects. HMA has been
providing this service for a number of clients, and on a variety of project
types for over eight years. Our reports include review of the
plans and specifications, field observation, reports, photos and pay
request reviews. |
