THE CREEKS 
ST. CLOUD, MINNESOTA

The Creeks is a low income housing tax credit project.  It was developed by the St. Cloud HRA.  The project includes four 6 unit buildings, a community and kitchen space, and a tot lot.  

Located near the St. Cloud Country Club, a significant challenge was designing an attractive, site-appropriate town home project.  

The project was cited by the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials for successfully designing a project that blended well with its neighborhood while meeting tight budget constraints and difficult site conditions.
